WHAT THE HECK?!
Page four of the IPCC Procedures Document states the following:
The IPCC releases a summary of the reports, but then withholds the actual reports themselves for another three months for editing? The reports can be edited to conform to the summary?
WHAT KIND OF SCIENCE IS THIS, ANYWAY?!
Changes (other than
grammatical or minor editorial changes) made after acceptance by the Working Group or the Panel shall be those
necessary to ensure consistency with the Summary for Policymakers or the Overview Chapter.
